Open the Panels Generator Toolbox from the main console. Establish a CAD-link to generate a solution.

1. Triangular Meshes
   

   The Panels Generator offer 3 triangulation patterns the first two are unidirectional (diagonals pointing left or right) and the third is alternated, creating a diamond effect. The cloud is processed according to its order and not by proximities.

   The solution is triangular shapes spread on top of the active cloud (the SmCP or RefCloud) selected in the Cloud Data panel.

   When driving Rhino, use the Rhino Mesh toggle to generate a single mesh entity.

2. Quadrangular Meshes
   

   Selecting the 4-sided panels outputs a quadrangular panel based on the cloud order. The result is a twisted-tapered trapezoid. Enabling the Flat Panel toggle will result in generating a flat quadrangular panel.

   When Generating a Flat Panels Solution:
   

   The Panels Generator offers two algorithms differing in the direction and order of points of the quadrangular panel. The direction can be “U to U” or “V to V”.

   Enabling the Alt-Direction toggle will change the vertex order of the quadrangular panel.
