Offset

Offset Mesh

Offsets the original Mesh as a Reference Mesh using different methods including Rule based offset.

Steps

1. Select an Offset method from the Mesh offset console.

2. Set offset values in the text box.

3. Set Welding status (optional).

4. Press the Offset button.

Options

• Normal - See Normal Offset chapter

• Projection - See Projection Offset chapter

• By Height - See Offset by Height chapter

• By Focus - See Offset by Focus chapter

• By Targets - See Offset by Targets chapter

Command Activation Methods

• Interface (GUI)

Note : Select an offset method from the drop sown menu.

Mesh > Offset > Normal

Mesh > Offset > Projection

Mesh > Offset > by Height

Mesh > Offset > by Focus
